PRAXIS BA LIMITED

Praxis BA Limited is a sister company of Brocklehurst Architects Limited and provides support services to Brocklehurst Architects and directly to other clients, contractors and consultants.  Typically these include CDM Co-ordinator services, party wall surveying and graphic design.  

Since the introduction of the CDM Regulations and the application of Party Wall legislation nationally,  CDM Co-ordination and Party Wall Surveying are the main areas of work carried out by Praxis BA.  As CDM Co-ordinators our approach to the implementation of the regulations is practical and straightforward.   As architects, we are aware of the design and cost restraints that usually face a design team and our aim is to ensure that we act as a member of the team to help our clients realise their building projects successfully.

We add value to the process by making sure that at completion of the building the client has a comprehensive Building Manual which not only meets the requirements of the legislation but is a useful reference document for the building owners and subsequent occupiers.  In our experience this information is invaluable to clients and their professional teams when future building or refurbishment is considered.
