Chapel Street & Town Lane

Brocklehurst Architects worked closely with the Local Planning Authority and the Conservation Officer to achieve a coherent urban scheme on the important Chapel Street gateway site in the Marlow Conservation Area. The redevelopment included an elegant townhouse reflecting the original retail use, by including a shopfront feature to the ground floor corner kitchen.

The development of six terraced houses at Town Lane created a new street and pedestrian route through to the centre of town.
